Call for Papers
GCON 2026 invites prospective authors to submit original research papers (not being considered for publication or not published elsewhere) in standard double-column IEEE conference template describing new theoretical and/or experimental research results in the following broad areas (but not limited to):
Signal and Image Processing, Bio-Medical, Machine Learning, AI, Data Science and Architecture
Communications, Networks, Internet of Things, Data Security, Quantum Technology
VLSI, Nanotechnology, Circuits and Systems, ICs, Flexible Electronics, Semiconductor Packaging Technology
Photonics Technology, Antennas, RF Circuits and Technology
Control System, Automation, Instrumentation, Intelligent Mobility
Power and Energy, Electric Vehicles, Green and Renewable Energy Sources and Technology
Paper Submission Guidelines
Prospective authors are requested to submit full length paper no longer than six (6) pages, as per the template given below

Up to two additional pages can be permitted with additional page charges.
The page limit is inclusive of references.
The paper must clearly state the objectives of the work, its significance in the advancement of scientific and technical knowledge.
As the submitted file goes through double-blind review process, please do not include author details during submission for review. Do not include acknowledgement during submission for review. Avoid other measures such as citing your own paper(s) in a manner which discloses the authors identity.
The paper has to be submitted for review using the Microsoft CMT portal. In this portal, you must include the names of all authors of the paper. Please note that you are NOT allowed to modify list of authors in the CMT portal once the Paper submission deadline ends. If accepted, the conference proceedings will include the author names included in the CMT portal only.
Papers will undergo plagiarism check excluding references and quotes. If substantial overlap (>30%) is found, papers will be rejected outright.
Camera-ready submission: If accepted, the authors will be asked to submit the camera-ready submission of the paper. The instructions for preparing the Camera-ready submission will be updated in the conference website.
CMT ACKNOWLEDGMENT: The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
